| I came to New Zealand with my husband and son in 1997. We bought our first home in Taramea Street, Avondale, in 1999. We immediately fell in love with the area because of its lovely neighbourhood and handy location to all amenities, especially the secondary schools where our son enjoyed positive learning experience throughout all his years there. One morning in July 2003 I walked my dog Shadow, a golden retriever, in a surrounding area. I spotted a home for sale sign in Maire Street, Avondale. By the early evening that day our unconditional offer was happily accepted by the vendor. We have lived in this home since then, and our family has now grown into three generations. My husband and I have two granddaughters who live nearby. I achieved a Bachelor Degree in Medicine in 1986, and Master of Arts in 1995, in China. I completed a Bachelor Degree in Nursing here in 2000. Then I worked in clinic as a registered nurse. I was a nursing lecturer for over eleven years before I decided to make a career change to become a Real Estate Salesperson. The decision was very hard to make yet the reason came down to be very simple. I just want to focus on serving people in the local community and meanwhile have more time to be around my family. With my living experience and knowledge in the area, along with my attentive listening skills, enthusiasm, and strong work ethics, I aim to become the most reliable Real Estate lady in Avondale, and to contribute my effort to a safe and prospective community. | |
