Escape the Drama on Peaceful Panorama
Act 1: Leave the traffic, hustle & bustle of the day behind as you escape down a right of way to a very special, slightly elevated patch of Panorama's northside. Park your car/s.
Act 2: From the moment you step through the small porch to the right-wing kitchen (with laundry separated on the left-wing) you will see this is not your usual 1950's three bedroom bungalow in Mt Wellington. Instead you will be met with a cleverly laid out, spacious recently renovated kitchen nicely positioned away from the living area and yet close enough to spy your favourite drama unfold.
Act 3: You'll love the drama of the recently painted opposing coloured walls in soft blue and white and the beauty of native timber floors, doors and painted wood panelled library/office. Simple bathroom in the wings and three good sized bedrooms with wardrobe storage provide a nice backdrop for whatever scene will unfold.
Final Act: Dramatic floor to ceiling, folding glass doors form a wall of light in the living room that glides open to reveal the full drama of the outdoor stage facing the all-day sun. With the owner's clever foresight, a planted ribbon of evergreen trees just tall enough to provide a natural curtain from neighbours below. It's easy to imagine Christmas lights suspended in the trees a truly superb backdrop for many theatrical BBQ days in the summer to come.
