About Alan Zhao
My real estate career began in Auckland. After graduating with honours from the University of Auckland with a Master’s degree in Commerce, I then returned to China to work for a well-known developer, specialising in building luxury apartments and villas in Shanghai. As leader of the investment team and associate to the Director of the Board, I became adept at handling and marketing multi-million dollar residential and commercial land transactions.
On my return from China, I moved to the Shore where I specialise in residential and lifestyle property. I have a great network of friends across the Auckland region and have established an extensive local and international network.
